Terms & Conditions – Gruni Scholarship Test 2025

By registering for the Gruni Scholarship Test 2025, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility

• The test is open to all NEET aspirants for the 2023, 2024–2025 batches.
• Students must provide accurate personal and academic details during registration.
• The University reserves the right to verify details provided by applicants.

2. Registration

• Registration must be completed through the official landing page or authorized counsellors only.
• Each student may register only once; multiple registrations may be disqualified.
• A valid mobile number and email ID are mandatory for OTP verification and communication.

3. Test Details

• The Scholarship Test will be conducted online. Test login details and instructions will be sent to registered candidates.
• Students must ensure stable internet connectivity and a device to attempt the test.
• Any malpractice, impersonation, or unfair means during the test will lead to immediate disqualification.

4. Scholarship Awards

• Scholarships are awarded up to 100% based on test performance and the university’s evaluation criteria.
• The percentage of scholarship awarded may vary for each student and is at the sole discretion of the University.
• Scholarships are applicable only towards fee for the MBBS program at Grigol Robakidze University.
• The scholarship is eligible only for the 2025 intake and cannot be deferred to later years.
• The scholarship is non-transferable and non-encashable.

5. Results & Communication

• Results will be declared within 7 working days after the test.
• Selected students will be notified via email/WhatsApp on their registered contact details.
• The University’s decision regarding results and scholarship awards will be final and binding.

6. Admission Process

• Awarding of a scholarship does not guarantee admission unless all eligibility requirements (including NEET qualification and documentation) are fulfilled.
• Students must comply with the admission deadlines, document submission, and visa requirements as communicated.
• Scholarships will be valid only upon successful enrollment in the 2025 intake.

7. Data Privacy

• All personal information collected during registration will be kept confidential and used only for admission/scholarship purposes.
• The University does not share student data with unauthorized third parties.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Grigol Robakidze University will not be held responsible for any technical issues, internet failures, or device problems faced by students during the test.
• The University reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel the Scholarship Test if required due to unforeseen circumstances.
