The project, titled “Effective Communication / The Art of Negotiation,” involved students from the Schools of Law, Public Administration and Policy, Business, Medicine, and Humanities and Social Sciences.
The primary goal of the project was to develop participants’ communication and negotiation skills.
The meetings and seminars included practical workshops and interactive activities. Participants were introduced to successful negotiation strategies, the fundamentals of effective communication, and mediation as a modern conflict resolution mechanism.
As part of the Winter School 2025, lectures were delivered by the Chairman of the Association of Mediators and Professor at Grigol Robakidze University, Irakli Kandashvili, as well as the Head of the University’s Mediation Center, Nina Gersamia.
According to the participants, the project provided them with valuable experience, equipping them with knowledge that will contribute to both their professional and personal development.
The implementation of the project was made possible with the support of the University Chancellor, Giorgi Tavkhelidze, whose goal is to promote mediation. Additionally, Ketevan Gabrichidze, Deputy Dean of the School of Law, actively participated in the project’s preparation.
